The Craft
Factory edges are ground in seconds, one angle for every steel. We measure each blade, set the angle the steel actually wants, and finish by hand — so the edge cuts cleaner and holds longer.
Every blade is examined and logged — steel, grind, damage, and the angle it was meant to hold. You get a record of exactly what we did.
The bevel is reset at a measured angle, low and slow to protect the temper. No overheated edges, no metal removed that didn't need to go.
Finished by hand on the strop and tested before it leaves the bench. If it won't pass our cut test, it doesn't come back to you.
